Shipping

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time will depend on the location we ship to. Usually your order should arrive within 5-7 working days by express courier.

When will my order ship?

Once the order is confirmed we send out when we expect toship your order. We will provide you with a tracking number so you will be able to track your order.

What are the shipping options?

We only ship by courier (UPS). We do offer express shipping options for faster delivery.

Returns/Exchange

How can I return a product?

What is the return policy?

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase a full refund or exchange is offered within a 10 days’ time frame after receipt of your Products. We would like to highlight that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the Product(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included as part of your return. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Kristina Fidelskaya packaging is properly protected.

Do I get my money back?

The refund will be made according to your payment method.

Why was my return rejected?

We can only accept returns when in new and unused condition, which means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. Kristina Fidelskaya is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
